You can subscribe to border insurance either online or through the mobile version of DIGIS ASSUR. The subscriber has the option to proceed as a guest or by creating a user account in just a few clicks.
Once all required information has been provided and the insurance premium payment has been approved, the subscriber receives their insurance certificate and other useful documents in two specific ways:
- By email for guest mode subscriptions.
- In “My Documents” for subscriptions via a user account.
Using a user account gives the subscriber the advantage of logging into DIGIS ASSUR with their created credentials, where they can view their subscriptions, store all documentation related to their insurance policy in “My Documents,” receive notifications about their policy, including alerts before it expires, and review their payment history.
Renewing insurance policies is only possible from user accounts by entering the policy number to be renewed after logging into the account. All the data is then available to the subscribers, who simply have to make the payment and receive their renewed insurance certificate.
DIGIS ASSUR also offers instant assistance to the subscribers for any technical or other questions that may arise when using the application.
